With over 20 years of experience in real estate marketing and operations, Melissa has worked at local, provincial, and national levels, including with the Ontario Real Estate Association, Royal LePage Canada, and Coldwell Banker Canada. She has led major national rebranding projects, earning Canadian Marketing Association and Webby awards for her team’s work.
Now, as the Founder and Chief Strategist of The Real Estate Source, Melissa provides hands-on, tailored advisory services to brokerages, teams, and real estate professionals. Committed to collaboration over competition, she focuses on delivering strategic marketing and operational solutions to elevate the industry in Canada.

In addition to his work in visual media, he also photographs weddings and family portraits.
