The Real Estate Source was founded to bridge the gaps in the real estate industry, particularly in the support available for brokerages and teams. Recognizing the challenges they face—from marketing and operations to recruitment and retention—we set out to provide tailored solutions that help businesses thrive. Our mission is to elevate the industry by offering expert guidance, strategic support, and practical resources that drive long-term success.
OUR EXPERIENCE
The Real Estate Source was founded by Melissa Lewandowski, a marketing and business leader with 20+ years of experience across Canadian real estate.
Melissa was one of the founding members of the marketing team at OREA and later held senior marketing and communications leadership roles with Royal LePage and Coldwell Banker, supporting national brands, brokerages, teams and real estate businesses across Canada.
Today, that experience is at the heart of The Real Estate Source. We understand the challenges of building a real estate brand, supporting a brokerage, launching technology, managing growth and getting initiatives from strategy to execution.
Our experience isn't theoretical. We've been in the industry, done the work and know what it takes to get things moving.
