The Real Estate Source was founded to bridge the gaps in the real estate industry, particularly in the support available for brokerages and teams. Recognizing the challenges they face—from marketing and operations to recruitment and retention—we set out to provide tailored solutions that help businesses thrive. OUR ROOTS RUN DEEP
Our founder, Melissa Lewandowski, brings decades of experience in real estate marketing and operations. She helped establish the marketing team at OREA, led national real estate brands Royal LePage and Coldwell Banker, and has supported brokerages, teams, and real estate vendors across Canada. Her deep understanding of the industry’s needs and opportunities inspired the creation of The Real Estate Source, ensuring businesses have the expertise and support they need to grow.
